Builders DPM, started out as Builders Permit Service, Inc., in 1986. We then became Builders DPM, Inc., in 2005. We are a firm that specializes in providing the Project Management Team of Architects, Engineers, Contractors and, Sub-Contractors with the necessary expertise to assist in accomplishing on time, on budget and, high-quality project completions.
At Builders DPM, INC., we strive to help the Project Management Team start their projects on time and deliver stamped approved plans to the management team. We have 35 years of experience, providing exceptional construction services in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.

Edmund Peters leads our company with a focus on quality, speed, and client needs.
His Career
Before becoming a Draftsman and Expediter, Edmund worked in the permit office in Washington D.C. He is a project manager with more than 15 years of experience in commercial, government, and residential construction. Edmund also has an extensive background as an estimator. He has even gained a proven track record of completing high-quality projects on time and within budget.
His Education
Edmund has earned degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. He also has a diploma in Network Engineering and has developed exceptional computer skills over the years.
